after using create: New jupyter Notebook to create a unsaved notebook,
it's default working directory is 'c:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code',
then when writing a file, it is written to the vscode's folder, that may also get the files of vscode itself get truncated
could there be an option to set the default working directory?
