Add duplicate to the right click context menu in the Explorer panel

This menu item would duplicate the selected file.

Steps to reproduce:

• open VSCode
• open a project
• open the Explorer panel
• right click on a file

The menu that shows up is the menu of the feature request

Current workaround

• open the Explorer panel
• right click on the file
• select copy
• right click on the file
• select paste

The issue with this is that selecting copy and then selecting paste overwrites the clipboard contents

Having a duplicate menu item in the context menu is the expectation of any modern editor not a wild feature request. This is 2025 in the year of our lord. What editor doesn't have this feature? Even the comment on this very page has a tag named duplicate? Hippocrit much? Don't be hippocrits. Please, do the needful.
