[serf] Are apache Serf port for vcpkg working?

I can see the serf library I need in the vcpkg library browser. Link below:

However I cannot retrieve the backage as usual with my vcpkg.json, could not find information using search engines. I found old lib requests (but seems it does exist) and I found complains about compile the lib manually, but not information about this serf vcpkg,

Can someone provide a direction, or report if Serf lib is working for you?
