LaTeX: Ignore commented headlines

Commented headlines are wrongfully shown in the outline:

[baggepinnen]

I forked and solved this issue at https://github.com/baggepinnen/document-outline
I think you can install my version by
apm install https://github.com/baggepinnen/document-outline/

Caveat: My implementation assumes that all your \chapter etc. start at the beginning of a line, and a commented line does thus not match. If you have a \section that is not commented, but does not start at the beginning of a line, it will not be included
