Surface number of failed image reads

For larger datasets, users may want to know how many of the images failed to be read. At the moment, we don't report this number but only have logs indicating that 1 or more images failed to be read. We should keep track of the number of failed image reads and log this to the Ludwig user so that they're aware of how many reads failed.
