Chrombpnet nobias model "uncorrected"

#214 I am referring to this thread. I check the timestamp in my evaluation folder and it seems that most files are created after the nobias model has been created. The evaluation folder:

And the models folder:

So it may not be a corruption issue?
I'm attaching the bias model report
