The e2e test is not being run on feature images

Overview

• The current e2e script always pulls the helm-chart from oci://ghcr.io/kube-logging/helm-charts/telemetry-controller, which uses the latest image.
• In the e2e-test workflow an image is built within, and another when make e2e-test-ci is called, but none of them will be actually used.
• The images are never loaded to the kind cluster either while testing.

Solution idea

• Check out the current e2e-flow, both locally and in CI, and adjust them.
• Also while at it, check for hard-coded operator versions.
