Align JHLite properties

There are several properties, related to JHLite project:

jhlite-hidden-resources:
  slugs:
    - svelte-core

jhlite-preset-file:
  name: preset.json

application:
  forced-project-folder: /tmp/jhlite

It should be rework to be under the same root key jhlite.*

@pascalgrimaud : yes, it will impact our custom jhlite, but it's not a big deal.

You may provide an open rewrite recipe to help migrate the properties automatically, we could then add it in the release note. I can do it if you want.

OpenRewrite can be a game changer for each release where there is a breaking change. So yes, we should try to do something :)
