Duplicate Titles with thmsInNb_article.tplx

If I use the title and author environments in my notebook, followed by \maketitle, I get 2 titles in my LaTeX output. The first title appears to be hardcoded from the templates thmsInNb_article.tplx`. The second title is from my notebook code.

I assume that this problem also exists when using the thmsInNb_book.tplx template. but haven't verified it. Once I do so, I'll add a new issue.
