What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Controller: Windows Server 2022
Agents: Windows 10 and Windows 11

Reproduction steps

Open jenkins dashboard
Access the lockable resources page in the left menu
Try to reserve/lock a resource manually by clicking on the corresponding button

Expected Results

The chosen resource is locked

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Anything else?

As a workaround we performed a rollback to 1320.v1f0dff578476.

Here manual locking works as expected.
