speed-throttled on only 2nd download?

Hi, thanks for creating this package.

Is it normal in your experience to have huge delays when downloading captions? The first request I ran using the API returned more or less immediately. On the second run the request took 8m50s. I assume this is YT doing some kind of throttling, but I'm surprised to see it happen on literally my second request. I've tried this over a few days and the pattern seems to hold- first video captions download instantly, subsequent ones (within say a few hours) all take 8-9 minutes. I never (so far) get any error messages, just extremely slow responses.

I see people talking about getting rate-limited after hundreds/thousands of requests, but I'm trying to run this for 3-5 videos/per day tops (just personal use- I'm trying to learn German, and I want to track my vocabulary for videos I've watched.) FWIW I'm running it from a home Internet connection, not a server whose IP might have been used abusively.

I haven't yet tried using the cookies feature; is that likely to help, or is it just for the age-verified content?
