Describe the bug
The instructions for generating a code verifier and code challenge is incorrect.

To Reproduce
Follow the instructions as is, this will result in an API response specifying invalid_grant

Expected behavior
Response providing correct token details.

Version
Documentatiion for 2.3.0

[ x] I have tested with the latest published release and it's still a problem.
I have tested with the master branch and it's still a problem.
