Ability to restrict memory taken by the cache

May be caused by the token generation job.

Invidious companion will cache all the video data and this can grow the memory exponentially. I can look into putting some limits in the cache.

I disabled cache on all my servers, it still uses a lot of RAM after a few hours

What did you disable exactly? Does the RAM usage stabilize or it keeps rising?

I disabled [cache].enabled (set to false) in local.toml. The RAM keeps rising over time as it can be seen on the RES column. 2.2GB
