Started development of new service 🎉

I started development and stumbled upon the Octokit library from github, which allows repository read/write access, and I have made improvements from the old code, which relied on shelljs to clone the repo and push new updates whenever a new file was added. As previously the code depended on shelljs, i was unable to use this on a public hosting service and instead had to use my own raspberrypi, now i can move to a more reliable and reputable hosting platform.

Currently, i have ran tests and it seems to be working well, will continue to post updates here to inform yall of anything that happens.
