Apple Privacy Manifests

Following the firebase-ios-sdk repo, seems like the privacy manifests have been merged into main and are going to be released tomorrow (05.03) in version 10.22.0. Can you support us with another release of RN Firebase libs once the ios-sdk is updated?

firebase/firebase-ios-sdk#12238 (not done yet, but is as important as the privacy manifests)

I will be available to test the patchset
