Sorry to contact you by opening a report here but I couldn't find another way to do it.
I saw that you are the developer responsible for the official Palazzetti integration for Home Assistant.
Until today I used this integration to control my stove:
https://github.com/marcopal74/home-assistant-palazzetti
Although it was not official it was developed by one of the owners of Palzzetti so it is a very complete extension and provides many options on the stove.
Until HA 2024.12.5 I could continue to use the integration even though your official one (with the same name) was there. With HA 2025.1 the integration stopped working (I think it conflicts with yours), so I'm forced to use the official one. The fact is that the official one provides very few options, in fact I can only turn on the stove and set the power. I have no information on the delivery and return temperature or on the status of the stove (for example if the pellets run out).
I hope you can draw inspiration from the integration I have pointed out to you so that you can soon add all the sensors and controls that the stove can provide.

Hi Martin. Thanks for contacting me. You can also reach me on Discord https://discord.gg/6ghSZ4Um

HA version 2025.1 literally just came out, in which I have added a few features: combustion power control, status sensor, a bugfix on fan speed. The pellet level sensor was present in 2024.12.

Yes, I am aware of marcopal74's custom integration, and I drew inspiration from it. I am sorry if I broke it by creating a name collision, it was not my intention.

I have a few more features in my roadmap (support for light and door, for more fans control) and I am happy to take more community feedback and requests.

If you think that there is a bug or your stove is not properly supported, feel free to open an issue here or on the HA repo, or contact me on Discord. It wil be helpful if you share the integration's diagnostics.

Cheers!

Thanks for your reply. I have a Palazzetti Ermione Idro (water) stove. With the previous extension I had a sensor for the delivery temperature, one for the return temperature, and I could also monitor the status with a specific sensor (for example coolfluid, no_pellet, firestart, ...). With your extension I only have climate control to set the water temperature (which I believe also shows me the delivery temperature) and the possibility of setting the power (from 1 to 5).

palazzetti

Reading on your extension's reference page, these things seem to be implemented but I can't find them anywhere.
Can I help you in any way to add these things to my stove?

Another nice thing that the other extension had was the possibility of seeing all the data exchanged with the stove in raw format. This was convenient in some circumstances.

I would like to point out that I do not use the official Palazzetti "Connection Box" but the
WPalaControl (https://github.com/Domochip/WPalaControl/) developed by a compatriot of yours if I remember correctly. However, the WPalaControl behaves exactly like the official box, in fact it could be used without problems with the other one. You can also use it locally with the official app (not remotely because they obviously carry out some checks).

If I can help you I know available, let me know, I would like to be able to use the official integration but I need at least the water temperature and status working.

@array81 it would be really helpful if you share the diagnostic file from the Core Palazzetti integration.

NB: January is a super busy month in my day job so the progress on this project will be slower

Everyone has their own commitments, this certainly can't be a problem, don't worry.

I attach the diagnostic file, I hope it is what you were looking for:
