Govee H612B Only show ON/Off

The problem

The UI is only show On/Off. No color choice or brightness level. I was initially able to control the color and brightness but after a HA restart it changed to On/Off only.

Not to steal the topic, but while at it, same for: H6039
It supports local access as well, presented only as a light switch, no brightness or color as the OP mentioned.

Let me know if you need anything extra to add support for the mentioned models.
