Describe your feature

Extend uplift by introducing a new command that will generate a config file and removes the need for a user to manually create one.

Your potential solution

A new command such as uplift init should be provided. The main area of uplift that isn't currently automatic is file bumping, which requires some configuration from a user. It would greatly simplify the use of uplift to generate a config file with predefined bumps configuration based on the anatomy of the current repository.

This doesn't need to be too complex and should only scan for some well-known files.

Any additional information?
