npx app create for quick bootstraping

I noticed that this project was created with an npx create... command. This is quite a useful shortcut for developers in the npm world, quickly creating a template folder structure with a basic working example. I'm not sure if this is the right place to propose it, but it would be good to at least get your inputs on how to do it "right" for quickly creating apps based on Frictionless Data. Here is a good example, and a tutorial. I've already put together something along these lines as a GitHub Data Package template
