Revival Interest

Overview

This package doesn't appear to have been very active in the last few years. I'm just wondering if there's still interest in updating it and getting it registered as an option for researchers using Julia. Getting CI working and updating to Pkg v3 shouldn't be too hard, but I'm unsure how much the core spec has changed.
