Warning: Application.application is deprecated

Hi,

I got this warning when using this plugin with the latest version of typdoc:

Warning: Application.application is deprecated. Plugins are now passed the application instance when loaded.
    at load (/Users/james.hu/code/oclif-utils/node_modules/typedoc-plugin-remove-references/dist/index.js:6:17)

It is not a show stopper though.
