Investigate why local bun.lock is different to renovate's #140

Everytime Renovate updates a dependency the bun.lock reference onyarn.lock is removed - meaning that if a developer runs bun install the bun.lock file changes

I think we can await Bun's migration to a by-default text-based lockfile, which should make this issue redundant
