Is there a way to specify the resolution of the Video thumbnail?
At the moment our thumbnails can be quite pixelated on Android & IOS.
We require the thumbnail to be a higher resolution
e.g: https://img.youtube.com/vi/<insert-youtube-video-id-here>/maxresdefault.jpg
it seems that maybe the /default.jpg param is being used when it would be good to be able to specify which resolution you require.
