Something not quite right here:

I have notepadplusplus installed, as you can see in C:\Chocolatey\lib, and by the Context Menu asking if I want to uninstall it, however, I thought the installed checkbox would have been ticked as well.

Am I right in thinking that it should be?

You are. Ill look into how it might have gotten out of sync.

This is most likely because the code that searches for packages isn't smart enough to see the package. I think I may have a fix for this.

I have just tested this again, and it seems to be working fine now. Going to go ahead and close.
