[Feature request] CDN update #219

1. Request

It would be nice, if you'll update Rainbow in CDN services.

2. Justification

It would be nice, if users get the newest versions of Rainbow use their preferred CDN services.

3. Actual behavior

1.1.9 version in JSDelivr,
1.2.0 version in CDNJS

4. Expected behavior

The latest version Rainbow in JSDelivr and CDNJS.

The new backend is live. It pulls files directly from npm and github https://github.com/jsdelivr/jsdelivr#usage

Example directory listing https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/
