Wrong Grafana version

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Download and run the bitnami/grafana:11.4.0 image from Amazon Public ECR (https://gallery.ecr.aws/bitnami/grafana)

What is the expected behavior?

The container should run Grafana v11.4.0

What do you see instead?

Grafana v11.3.1 (b5870186)

I was able to reproduce the issue just by running

$ docker run --rm -it bitnami/grafana:11.4.0 grafana --version
grafana 13:05:36.66 INFO  ==>
grafana 13:05:36.66 INFO  ==> Welcome to the Bitnami grafana container

I've just opened an issue in Grafana project (grafana/grafana#98572). Versions seems not changed properly in the latests tags
