Description

I am experiencing an issue when trying to launch a stack that includes the AWS::RDS::GlobalCluster resource. The operation fails with the following error in both the us-gov-east-1 and us-gov-west-1 regions:

Template format error: Unrecognized resource types: [AWS::RDS::GlobalCluster]

Please add support to global cluster via CloudFormation.
