Docker file/ image with all bug-fixes for the current master version available

I've created a docker file/ image of the current master branch where I fixed all the current issues. Should you wanna merge a dockerfile into your current master branch, s.t. you can provide a stable version?

Furthermore, I can share the link to the docker image in Docker Hub too.

I could also provide a detailed description how to fix all the dependency issues (including changes at CMA and DIRECT). For some fixes you have to do 'bad' things in CMA and DIRECT. Thus, I think it is only a temporary solution till you provide a new stable version available. This is also the reason why a build all the changes inside a Docker.
