output from singularity-pyscenic - downstream analysis

Hi, team
I have finished pyscenic grn, ctx and aucell analysis in singularity container, and I get 3 files as below pictures. The input for singularity-pyscenic analysis is counts matrix extracted from seurat object, which have been annotated. The online tutorial are strating with loom file which has been filtered and clustering in python, and I tried this way but the result is a little different from seurat object.
My question is that can I combine the 3 output files with my seurat object (including metadata), I've been struggling with these for days. Thank you very much, I would be very grateful for any help.
