it is not really possible to check the following constraints:
Constraint AASd-006: If both, the value and the valueId of a [Qualifier](https://admin-shell-io.github.io/aas-specs-antora/IDTA-01001/v3.1/spec-metamodel/common.html#Qualifier) are present, the value needs to be identical to the value of the referenced coded value in [Qualifier/valueId](https://admin-shell-io.github.io/aas-specs-antora/IDTA-01001/v3.1/spec-metamodel/common.html#Qualifier).and

instead of constraints just add a note in Qualifier
