Ring has a complicated build.rs which is non-trivial to build.

+1; I can currently use reqwest with rustls (and thus ring) via:

[package.metadata.raze.crates.ring.'0.16.20']
gen_buildrs = true
data_attr = "glob([\"src/**/*.der\"])"

[package.metadata.raze.crates.webpki.'0.21.4']
gen_buildrs = true
data_attr = "glob([\"src/**/*.der\"])"

…but it took a modicum of doing to figure that out, and would have been
nice to have in this repo.

(My full build setup, for reference.)
