There are several cases where it is not possible anymore to reset the table config once it is set.
The only way to do it then is to clear the local_wunderbyte_table DB table.
However, with some clients, we do not have direct DB access.
So it is quite important that we get easy possibilities to reset the table filter config (and table settings) via user interface.
It should be possible globally via config settings ("Delete all table settings") and for each table individually.
