Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the latest update, the ability to see the full title of a post when embedding a link is gone and it is now truncated. This makes it very difficult to search relevant links, especially those titles with similar words in them For example if I have 10 posts with the word "Wordpress Tutorials" on them, it becomes frustrating to search through the truncated titles in search when trying to embed the link.

Describe the solution you'd like
Restore the ability to show the full title of the suggestions when trying to embed a link.

@talldan hi. Any progress on this? It is really affecting my writing and I have to use the classic block to write an article and then convert it to blocks which is frustrating and unintuitive.

@askel45 Unfortunately not. I've added the label for a design feedback on this, hopefully a designer can take a look at the link interface to see whether there's a way to handle long titles better.

Is this a good example of the issue that is being discussed here? The post title is truncated in the link dropdown.

If we do truncate, I would expect to see the full URL while hovering over the title. Similar to Google docs.

Having the full text show up on hover is one solution.
Another would be to have text move to line two after a certain amount of characters. So one can quickly without hovering see the full title. But visually it might not look as nice.

I believe there are additional associated issues which I have not found yet.

That is the exact issue I reported.

The Classic Editor does show the full title. So it works better like that. Though even hovering to show full title is not bad though a better intuitive way is welcome.
