[Bug]: Ubisoft Connect nog setting install location regkey

Expected/Current Behaviour

Looks like package isn't setting the installation path registry key see JosefNemec/PlayniteExtensions#429

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install ubisoft connect
Try to use something that depends on getting the registry key (Like the ubisoft playnite extension, possibly other software)
Fail
Be sad

Add the registry key
