Add Use Cases section. This can be a default list of use-cases. We should start with some use-cases, such as:

Looking Glass
Monitoring BGP peers
Monitoring Prefixes and topology changes (this can include Unicast, EVPN, L3VPN, and Link-STate families
Simple Analytics

TimEvens added the enhancement label
