Can't open .zip files.. #544

Hey,

Any downloaded .zip files from Polymer, except the tutorial website which only includes some of the components, do not work. They end up corrupted.

Try it yourself:
http://www.polymer-project.org/docs/start/usingelements.html

Press on "Get the paper elements" -> chose ZIP -> download it -> open it. It's corrupted and not working..
