Retouch / heal tool?

Hello, thank you for your hard work! I was just wondering if there is a possibility of implementing a retouch / heal tool for basic editing in the future, either in the form of a built-in tool, or in the form of a plugin, like this paint.net plugin based on GIMP's Resynthesizer: https://github.com/0xC0000054/pdn-content-aware-fill

I always resort to third-party tools and software for this type of basic editing and having it in Pinta would be tremendously helpful, but I'm really looking forward to the GTK4 port of Pinta regardless!

This might be a good candidate for a plugin, particularly if it has dependencies on other libraries
