Geometry System Refactor: Apply offsets on load if they exist

When a labware is loaded, if an offset file exists for that labware, apply the offset to the labware definition (apply the offset that matches the specific parent if a key exists for that parent, or the offset from the "default" field if it does not, where "parent" is either a specific slot or a specific module in a specific slot).
