Implement new "route" to get test center information
This is a suggestion from @glennparham after considering successful working solutions in South Korea.

Solution
Create a "test me" (better wording is definitely welcome) sms option that will allow the user to get the address to the closest testing center to them. Potentially will need a country/state variable or even better, a zip code.

1. Research testing centers data available. (is it possible? Can we scrape it? Is there an API?)
2. Implement a different trigger word for testing followed by zip code (kinda like subscribe example)
