在升级24H2后出现VirtualAllocEx failed导致程序无法使用，所有功能失效

To Reproduce
多次尝试卸载、重装问题依然出现。能稳定复现

VirtualAllocEx failed一般是第三方软件阻止或者杀毒软件阻止内存注入或者页面完整性保护导致的并非软件本身问题
