New 1.0 palettes not showing up on macOS

Tried both using the updater and manually downloading v1.0. The new palettes are missing from the list in Settings:

Oops, that's an oversight I forgot to handle in the Cocoa frontend. I'll get it fixed in v1.0.1.

Meanwhile, you can work around this by running this line in the terminal:
defaults delete com.github.liji32.sameboy GBThemes

Note that this will undo any change you have made to the built-in palettes, and will remove any palettes you have imported or created.
