Montserrat Alternates font name mixing up with Montserrat in Apple Pages

I try to install the newest fonts from the repository (Montserrat and Montserrat Alternates). macOS's system font management tool Font Book recognizes the fonts properly.
Howerer, in Apple's office suite Apple Pages, it looks like Apple Pages recognizes both Montserrat and Montserrat Alternates as Montserrat, displaying two instances of Montserrat in the font list. Furthermore, when selecting either Montserrat as the font, the style list displays a mix of Montserrat and Montserrat Alternates styles.
