Publictions causing author errors

I have successfully updated all publications to my publications page, all of which are by one of the authors on my site. This is causing problems with their personally biography, where the publications are completely taking over the page and removing all of the other information such as interests and education.
Is there a way to remove the publications from the author's personal page or at least limit the amount shown?

Note: I am seeing this problem about 25% of the time when viewing on blogdown and about 90% of the time when building and deploying on Netlify

If you are experiencing random behaviour from Hugo, then try searching on here and in our Discord community (for keywords like "random"). I recall another user had a similar issue and resolved it.
