Now we only modify existing entries,maybe we can add new row button in quest,creature,go,item

@qyh214 I am currently working to backport 6.x database structure changes to 3.3.5, this will also help us to support 6.x in Keira2, so I prefer to wait until Keira2 will include those changes too before implementing the add-new-row feature.
