Test case:

isql test.fdb -ch iso8859_1 -i test.sql

Statement failed, SQLSTATE = 22018
Cannot transliterate character between character sets

Query saved in test.sql using ISO-8859-1 encoding: select * from mon$statements "á"
test.sql.zip
