Maniac: String Picture - 0 Height is not handled the same way than in the Maniac Patch

Windows, 64 bits 0.8.0 version of the Player.

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

When a string picture is set to be displayed with a height of 0, the Player will display half of the height of the string picture, while the RPG_RT of the Maniac Patch will display the height entirely. The width is already correctly handled on that in the Player.
