Feature Request: slide reference line (eg. x=2) along X axis #293

Here is the detailed requirements of this request:
1. a reference line which can be slid along X axis. See picture below:

2. Display tooltip dynamically when sliding;

3. provide an API to access the data so values in other tables/charts can be changed dynamically when sliding. See below:
