We have added full support for the Azure Storage AppendBlob service. It will be released in our next major release.

See #57. We're hoping for early 2016, but as always with releases that aren't totally done yet -- no guarantees. :)

We have released the 0.30 version (#132) which addressed this feature request. If you have issues with the new version in regards to this issue, please reopen it and continue the discussion.
