Quick summary

When a search block is added to a page, post, or widget area, all of the results are shoved off to the side. I initially thought this was an issue with just Classic themes, but I tested again with a Site Editor theme and could replicate the issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add the Search block anywhere on your site
  2. Try to search with any query

What you expected to happen

The results should appear correctly without drastically altering the site's formatting.

What actually happened

The formatting is shoved to the left and very difficult to read, I've created a screen recording below from a Simple site:

Even more odd, it still breaks formatting but in a completely different way on AT sites:
