In order to complete #698, #711, #672, we need to document exactly what's in the header and footer at each point. Also @juliaelman has questions that need to be answered.

1. Logged out of MyUSA

Header

3. Signing in from integrator

Header

4. Integrator doesn’t have a logo

• MyUSA + lock icon + Integrator app name (plain text, in the same place as where the Integrator logo was in the previous screen)

For "Sign in or Create and Account" there is a reference to "2.1_SignInCreateAccount.png" Which screen is this for?
